Replace Rules

Very Important Information regarding your purchases from BMSHOP.

Guarantee Periods

Timeframes for valid replacement requests

Standard Accounts

30 Minutes guarantee. Please do not request a replacement after an hour, two hours, or a day.

Business Managers (BM)

1 Day guarantee.

Video Proof Requirements

Your 100% guarantee for a replacement

When you contact support for a replacement, the store has the right to require a video of the purchase. Recording a video is optional, but it is your 100% guarantee to receive a replacement in case of failure.

The video MUST be recorded in this exact order:

  1. The moment of payment.
  2. The issuance of goods from the store.
  3. The subsequent verification of the account for validity.

Strict Validation Rules

  • Verification MUST be done through this specific service: Our UID Checker Tool
  • Copy data only by using the right mouse button. Videos where data was copied using keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C / Cmd+C) will NOT be accepted.

What is NOT Covered

Situations that do not qualify for a replacement

Blocking after performing an action (creating pages, campaigns, etc.) is not a reason for replacement.

If the email in the set is blocked, this is not a reason to replace the account.

If there is a ban on advertising activities on the account (except for accounts sold specifically as having already passed the advertising activity ban).

If your account was blocked after creating a Fan Page or Business Manager. This is often a trigger on new hardware. We advise resting the account in your anti-detect browser first.

If it is not possible to create a Business Manager on a Facebook account. If you specifically need BMs, please buy ready-made BM accounts.

If you bought an account with a token, uploaded it to auto-bay, and found there is no ad account. This is usually fixed by entering ADS (a rare bug, but it happens).

If you linked a Business Manager to your account and the network restricts full functionality (e.g., linking ad accounts). You may contact support for an up-to-date fix, but it is not a reason for replacement.

If you linked a card in billing and got blocked. You may contact support for a fix, but it is not a reason for replacement.

General Guidelines

Best practices for using our products

  • No Public Checkers or Bad Proxies

    Do not check purchased accounts with public checkers, and do not log in from low-quality or free proxies.

  • Replacements Only

    Accepted items are completely non-refundable. We only provide replacement accounts.

  • Buy What You Need

    Buy only the amount of accounts that you can actively use in the near future to avoid warranty expiration.

  • Self-Service Usage

    We do not give advice on working with Facebook. Buy only if you already know how to use these accounts and tools.
